24th October 2019 was a special 'no phones' super intimate album launch gig. This is 'Just Like A Fool' live at Levi's Lounge. Couldn't have done this gig without the awesome peeps from @fourbyfourexp and of course my brother @joseneilgomes! Full video link in bio. 🙂

9 weeks of hard work resulting in a time of 48:19 for my fastest ever 10k. Swipe for splits. This result doesn't define me but the hard work that was put in for the 9 weeks definitely does. Thanks to Mani for pacing me today and of course my team @renaissancedp. They push me every single day. Chasing audacious goals with them!

Week 8 of week 10 almost done. I'm excited about the last week when I get to try and run my fastest 10k. I've seen some awesome progress during this training cycle and I'm just grateful that I get to get out there and do all this. Thanks to the team @renaissancedp. They push me every single day. 🙂
Mom got her first dose of the vaccine today. She can't stop singing praises of how well organized the centre was. We got done in 1 hour. This is how senior citizens should feel in this city. Not just while getting a vaccine but also going about their day to day lives. Genuinely grateful to the Maharashtra government.
