Lighting in the room is important!
I like training because I love the discipline it brings in my life. It keeps me grounded, it makes me mentally stronger. It teaches me about values such as patience and humility. I owe a lot to running. I hope I can do it for a very long time.
One of those days when you're stuck in that same position from morning till evening editing a video for a client. If you're doing something similar then this is a friendly reminder to get up, stretch, have some water and get after it again. 😊

Flamingos flying in formation going towards the water body next to seawoods estate in New Bombay this morning. TIL that the collective noun to describe a gathering of flamingos is “flamboyance'.
